Website information

CraptasticApps aims to keep product descriptions, prices, and compatibility information accurate. Product capabilities are determined by the applicable release and license entitlement.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when CraptasticApps issues the paid license. Applicable taxes, payment method, and payment due date are shown on the electronic invoice. Prices are in United States dollars unless the invoice states otherwise.

Electronic delivery

Software packages and signed license files are delivered electronically. The customer is responsible for supplying an accurate email address, importing a paid license within 90 days of issuance, and preserving downloaded installers, license files, application data, and encryption keys.

Maintenance and support

Free Edition receives self-service support through the published FAQ and do not include individual email or ticket support. Professional includes 14 months of Maintenance and Support, including email and ticketing support. Each additional 12 months is $150 per organization. Maintenance provides access to every 2.x.x release dated on or before the signed support expiration and technical support during the active term. Entitled 2.x.x releases remain usable perpetually after the term; version 3.x is not included. Professional customers may submit feature-enhancement ideas for roadmap consideration, but submission does not guarantee acceptance, implementation, priority, or a delivery date. Support does not include managed operation, custom development, database administration, or guaranteed remediation of third-party systems.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for deployment security, backups, HTTPS termination, firewall rules, database permissions, testing, change approval, and determining whether scripts or operational actions are appropriate for each target environment.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, misuse download or order channels, or use the software contrary to the Software License.

Changes

Updated terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown. A purchased license's perpetual rights to its entitled 2.x.x releases remain governed by the license delivered with that purchase except where applicable law requires otherwise.
