Self-hosted application

CraptasticApps Database Monitor does not send CraptasticApps usage analytics, server names, inventory, metrics, credentials, query text, schemas, logs, alert details, automatic crash reports, or advertising identifiers. License verification occurs locally.

Administrator-configured connections

The application communicates with database targets, identity providers, SMTP servers, notification services, ticketing systems, update sources, or locally managed model endpoints only when an administrator configures those destinations.

Website access

The hosting and security providers used for this website may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals to deliver the site and prevent abuse. The marketing site does not require an advertising profile.

Download, order, and support messages

When you email a download request, order, or support question, SQL Performance Partners receives the contact, organization, billing, and message information you provide. That information is used to fulfill the request, maintain transaction records, issue licenses, and provide support.

Payment processing

Electronic invoices may be fulfilled by a payment provider. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms; CraptasticApps retains transaction and accounting records but does not need to store complete card numbers.

Retention and disclosure

Business records are retained as needed for fulfillment, accounting, security, legal compliance, and support. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed to service providers that perform these functions or when required by law.
