Professional is $1,599 per organization. From now through Cyber Monday. After that, the price returns to $1,599. It includes 14 months of email and ticketing support plus Maintenance; each additional 12 months costs 25% of the then-current license price. Professional customers may submit feature-enhancement ideas for roadmap consideration, without a commitment that a request will be implemented. Professional grants perpetual use of entitled 2.0.x releases and baseline and includes every 2.x.x release published while Maintenance and Support is active. Every entitled 2.x.x release may be used perpetually after support ends; 3.x is not included.
